Customer Service Support

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable customer service support representative to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role are to handle customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide timely and accurate information to our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be comfortable using various software and tools to complete their tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Use various software and tools to update customer information, track customer interactions, and resolve customer issues.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and their needs have been met.
  • Meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using various software and tools to complete tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
