General Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a General Virtual Assistant. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to our team and our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organizing email accounts, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments
  • Performing basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as tracking expenses and invoicing clients
  • Researching and compiling information on various topics and presenting the findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Managing social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with followers
  • Creating and editing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and events, and making travel arrangements
  • Conducting online research to support business development and marketing efforts
  • Providing general administrative support to the team and performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative or virtual assistant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software, such as QuickBooks or FreshBooks
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with social media management preferred
