Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to improve campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).
  • Grow and engage the company’s social media following, monitor online conversations and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and provide recommendations for new tactics and strategies.
  • Use analytics tools to measure and analyze social media performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to social media algorithms, policies, and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Experience with social media advertising, including budget management and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
